Wild&Well Nature Connection: In Love with The World

Session 3 – the Pathway to Nature Connection through Emotion.

This session is the third in our year long series following the Five Pathways to Nature Connection.

This time, in the rapture of spring, we find happiness and wonder. We will discover our own emotional bond with, and love for, nature.

About Wild&Well:

Wild&Well celebrates connection and reciprocal relationships with nature.

Genuine nature connection brings profound happiness and increased contentment and even greater connection to others and life as a whole. We can’t all set off to the wilderness. And in any case, when you come back to your daily bread, the connection to nature isn’t always so easy to keep hold of. We need to find that awe-filled, joyful connection in our everyday lives. The lives we lead day in, day out, amongst our family and friends, our tasks and hobbies and that endless to do list.

We might need prompting or reminding to reach out and touch the magic of nature. We might need help to remember how to do this. Or we may just appreciate the extra joy of being given permission to go out and embrace our wild selves and share this with gratitude.

In short, our relationship with the natural world needs to be part and parcel of our everyday existence, and the connection real, rewarding, radiant.

There is joy in every wild corner for every domestic heart. Let us bring you closer to where the wild things are. Let us help you home.

Although this session is part of a series, there is no need to have attended other sessions. Each Wild&Well session can stand alone as a beautiful experience, or can be enjoyed as part of a year long course of deepening nature connection and growth.
