Corporate Team Building Volunteer Days

Let the woods inspire your team to reconnect and find a shared sense of direction.

Starting from £750 our skilled staff are ready to welcome up to 16 members of your team for volunteer team building days tailored to the needs of the group. Ensuring inclusivity at each stage, we will spend time actively connecting with nature, unwinding and reflecting to build stronger relationships within your team. The day will move at a pace that feels comfortable for everyone and there will be plenty of time for hot beverages.

Choose from the following packages:

• Woodland Management Day – a practical day using hand tools to help restore the arboretum. The activities vary depending on the time of year, and what needs doing on site. There may be an opportunity to try scything, bramble bashing, clearing paths, processing fallen trees (dismantling and using saws and splitting axes to process the wood for various uses), creating new drainage solutions, mowing grassy areas and more. The itinerary will vary depending on what is most pressing at the time, but it will certainly be a hands-on day for all involved. 
• Bushcraft Day – spend the day gathered around the handcrafted roundhouse working on individual bushcraft projects such as willow weaving, whittling or firelighting. This day offers lots of opportunity for discussion and connection whilst creating something beautiful to take home.
