Join a women’s woodland retreat day at Tortworth Arboretum with experienced yoga, pilates and forest bathing teacher Gabrielle Coope and artist Sophie Rae.

Spend a restorative day in nature with gentle yoga, guided forest bathing, creative print and mindful group connection. Suitable for all levels, no experience needed.

- Outdoor embodied yoga flow (with a covered space if it rains.)
- Guided forest bathing through the woods, inviting all your senses to slow down
