Celebrating a Decade of Tortworth Forest Centre

On 26th April 2025, Tortworth Forest Centre will mark a significant milestone: our 10th anniversary! Over the past decade, this community-led arboretum has grown from a neglected woodland into a thriving haven for nature lovers, volunteers, and those seeking solace in the outdoors.

This incredible transformation wouldn’t have been possible without the tireless efforts of our volunteers. From clearing brambles to planting trees, restoring pathways to building a welcoming community, their dedication has made the arboretum what it is today. Thanks to their hard work, the once-forgotten arboretum is now a space where people can reconnect with nature, learn new skills, and forge lasting friendships.

Looking Back on 10 Years of Growth

In the coming months, we’ll be reflecting on the journey so far. Through blog posts, interviews, and photo retrospectives, we’ll celebrate the moments and milestones that have shaped Tortworth Forest Centre.
