Women’s Drumming Evening

Thank you Tortworth Forest Centre for hosting our women’s community event this November.

Around fifteen women of all ages joined together around a gorgeous fire for an evening of djembe drumming and song. We shared songs we knew and the time flew underneath the stars.

It was wonderful to be able to connect with nature despite the cold time of year. When the singing was done a few of us stayed over in a beautiful bell tent underneath a gorgeous oak tree and slept well (with a hot water bottle or two)!

We’re all very keen to repeat this event in the Spring!
